Our story
Ryan Mills and Aaron Sigmon started working together five years ago on residential and commercial construction projects across the Charlotte area. After years of collaborating side by side, they saw an opportunity to build something of their own—that’s when S&M Carolina Construction was born.
What began as a solid working relationship turned into more than just a partnership. With 10 years of combined experience, Ryan and Aaron decided it was time to build a business that reflected their values: hard work, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to getting every job done right.
Three years later, S&M Carolina Construction has grown into a company built on those same principles. From new builds to renovations, their hands-on approach is at the heart of everything they do.
